For cakes from the menu, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Custom or larger cakes may need 3 to 5 days. We always confirm the timeframe when you place your order.
We accept credit and debit cards, securely processed through Stripe. We arrange the payment details together with your order.
Yes! We deliver in Paracatu and the region. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is given before you finalize the order. You can also pick up by arranging a time.
Absolutely. Tell us your idea, the occasion, and your preferences, and we'll create a cake tailored to you. Everything is approved before production.
Since cakes are perishable items made to order, cancellation with a refund is only possible before production begins. If there's any quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
